Your customer service representatives are argumentative when a dispute is brought up. I waited 8 days for a five day order. 8 DAYS and nothing was done to resolve it. So much for your satisfaction guarantee. I doubt seriously I will be back.

I've ordered many times, this was the first time my purple cards came out pink. RESPONSE: Hi Laura, your last 10 orders had a CMYK color code of 82-100-18-12 which is purple. The new files you sent last week were 75-98-0-0 which is pink. We can help.
