Service at info@BlockbusterPrint.com within 6 business days from the date you receive your order, and we will reprint part or all
of your order. In some cases, we may refund the full price of the
product(s) in question, excluding shipping, postage and processing
costs.

| Rushed 24 hour print orders that are sent in before 10am are processed same day and are guaranteed to complete and be in transit by next morning. All other speeds that are processed before 1pm are processed same day as well. Orders processed after 1pm begin production the following business day. |

| QUALITY OF PRINT - DIGITAL VS. OFFSET |
| There are two types of printing.... digital and offset. Digital printing is run through smaller machines with less resolution, similar to what a Kinko's Copies uses. BlockbusterPrint runs it's products on high quality offset machinery for quantities 500 and up, achieving the highest resolution available on the net. Offset printing requires the burning of your artwork onto a metal plate and then running it through higher end printing presses. Blockbuster Print's offset presses use computer-to-plate systems as opposed to the older computer-to-film work flows, further increasing quality. The offset method is superior in quality for those looking for nothing but the best. |

14pt Standard Paper - 20% Thickness of a credit card - Our cheapest prices paper, ultra smooth feel, no texture, comes in a matte, high gloss or spot uv finish.
16pt Premium Paper - 50% Thickness of a credit card - Our most popular card similar to the above 14pt but 30% thicker. Both papers are bright white.
100lb Textured White Linen - 15% - 20% thickness of a credit card - Suitable for corporate professionals, doctors, lawyers or those who want a simple card.
20pt Plastic (Frosted, Crystal Clear or Solid White Plastic) - 80% thickness of a credit card - These cards are for those really looking to impress.
16pt SILK - 60% Thickness of a credit card - One of the most elegant cards we carry, feels velvety to the touch and may be combined with gold foil
silver chrome foil, spot uv or rounded corners. By far the greatest card we carry. Silk laminate keeps this card in better shape a lot longer in wallets or purses.

100lb Gloss Text Book - This paper is the finest you come to expect in mostly brochures. Super smooth with a shine but not a high varnish. Barely any see
through visibility. Highly recommended.
100lb Gloss COVER - This paper is what you will typically find on a magazine cover. The thickest paper available for brochures and excellent for flyers that
are thinner than postcards. All postcards are printed on 14pt and 16pt so the 100lb cover paper is great for a heavier loose leaf feel. This paper is the main
choice for book or magazine covers.
MAGNETS
17PT Magnet - The premium magnets are nice and heavy and hold wonderfully, printed on a 70lb high gloss sticker. Used for both indoor and outdoor use.
