Why can't I place my order?
If your billing address does not match your bank's record exactly, your order will not be placed. An authorization/hold will be placed on your credit card every time you attempt to submit an order.
What is an authorization/hold?
An authorization is NOT a charge. It is monies held by your bank which guarantee we can collect payment or simply show an attempt to collect. Declined orders may show this as well but it is not a charge and will drop out in 2-4 business days.
How can I remove the excess authorization/holds on my credit card?
The duration the hold will stay on your account depends on the bank that issued the authorization. The average duration is 2-10 business days following the initial authorization. The authorization expires after that. This is part of the banking system that we do not have control over. We cannot delete or reverse an authorization.
Has my order shipped?
Click the "Track Order(s)" link at the top right of our homepage to check your orders status.
How do I track my order?
Once you have signed in to your account you will click the "track my order" button from within your account page. You will then be taken to a list of your orders where you will see the status or tracking info available. Click the order number of choice for an even detailed status.
My order never arrived.
Click the "Order Status" link at the top middle of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered," please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

How do I create an account?
Accounts can only be created during the purchasing of a product at check out. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the "my account" link on the upper right side of our site and you will be taken to the appropriae page once you sign in.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Click Here if you've forgotten your password". That link will send an email to you with your password.
What is your return policy?
Since these are all custom made items, returns cannot be made. If we have caused any errors a reprint will be granted.
When will my order ship?
Most of our products ship within 2-4 business days after placing your order. We can't guarantee that every item will complete in that time. Over 95% of the time they do and we can only guarantee print and ship times when a rushed service has been placed. Slower print and ship methods do not have 100% guartanteed, just estimated times which are usually 2-4 business days.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You do not have to pay sales tax.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right of our site. Once signed in, click on "track my orders". In this page you will see your order number and when clicked a detailed transation becomes available.
How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, at the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
