BlockbusterPrint.com© was created out of a philosophy of customer satisfaction and simplicity. The company was started out of anger. Yes, anger!

A humble graphic designer by the name of Gus Kangadis, designed advertising materials such as business cards, postcards, club flyers, posters, brochures, websites, banners, magazines, video graphics and commercials for big name clients nationwide. He helped companies work on advertisement campaigns that reached major mile stones for projects such as....

"The Bud Light/Maxim Tour", which stretched from coast to coast to every major city in America in 2005.
Another project on his list was a complete campaign for a company by the name of "Scandalous Racing", which documented the life of underground street racing in America. They launched an ad campaign for their DVD that lasted 12 weeks on MTV & Spike in 2005. DVD production was completed by Sony Studios Production and sold over 35,000 copies worldwide. Mr. Kangadis designed 100% of the DVD cover along with all campaign materials.
When you think of stuffed pizza you think of Chicago. A monster of a pizza franchise is "Giordano's Pizza" with over 50 locations in Chicago, 6 in Florida and 4 on the way in Arizona. Mr. Kangadis has created some magnificent pieces for this tasty franchise. From two television commercials that air during Chicago news casts to all Chicago sporting events plus the design of their current website, Mr. Kangadis created it all. Giordano's Pizza was voted "Best Pizza in America" by MSNBC in September 2007. Giordano's pizza has also been on the big screen eaten by Jennifer Aniston & Vince Vaughn in their hit movie "The Break Up" in 2006.
When it comes to buying sports tickets online there is only one recognizable and trusted company. VividSeats.com! When searching for "ticket brokers" via Google, Vivid Seats ranks #1 out of 1.9 million other search results. Mr. Kangadis has created an astonishing logo for this well respected company. With over 350,000 visitors a month they are truly branded a sports giant.
One more to the list is "Heart Scan of Chicago", a medical company that brought the future to patients. This company offered the only state of the art 3D scanner in the country that provided patients with a full color 360 degree video animation view of their heart. Mr. Kangadis' work was such a success that it grabbed the attention of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" which aired an episode about the clinic. Two weeks after the taping, the clinic was visited personally by Ms. Winfrey herself in 2006.

OK, so you get the picture. Mr. Kangadis knew his work and he knew it at the highest level. As a person who ordered print products for his clients on a daily basis, Mr. Kangadis was hanging onto his last nerve with local and online printers. The printing times would be longer then promised and the quality was poor. "I wouldn't mind waiting a few extra days for a print project if the end result and price was superb!" Mr. Kangadis would state."Instead i wait 3-10 additional days for an expensive end product that was nothing close to professional. Embarrassment!", he said.

As a result of poor printers and printing jobs, Mr. Kangadis' clients would slowly stop recommending him. His graphic design work was phenomenal but when it came time to print, he burned his bridges. He would call printers "hustlers" as they would convince him that they are the fastest just to get his business. Not only were they rude to him but after they had his business they would brush him off as if he was nobody. As if he was a bother. Mr. Kangadis wondered what the purpose was in printers even opening their doors if they hated customers so much.

Local and online printers made him feel very uncomfortable and stupid to ask simple questions. When he had questions like, "What is 15pt. card stock?", they would respond in a manner as if he was suppose to have been born knowing the print business. As if teachers across this great country forgot to teach students about the print business.

Mr. Kangadis was raged! After 5 years of this ongoing struggle to find the best printers, Mr. Kangadis decided to start his own local print shop and run every printer out of town. With customer service and assistance as his #1 priority, and pricing that killed the competition, Mr. Kangadis succeeded. He stole every local printers' business due to only one main factor in this equation. CUSTOMER SERVICE! When he made a promise he kept it. He was consistent when it came to quality printing. His print shop gave customers the highest quality paper at a low price.

He knew he had something going when all he would ever hear were compliments on his print service and print products. He then thought of how many other people nationwide were in need of his easy to order printing services. He recognized the value in creating a company that would benefit today's business man and print consumer. From cheap overnight business cards, postcards, flyers, posters or brochures, each customers order was treated the same. From $50 to $1,000 the respect stayed at the highest level.

As a graphic designer at heart, Mr. Kangadis started creating an online print website that would reach the masses and be easy to navigate and easy to understand. He thought the business world was too serious and print websites where too confusing. Simplicity was everything to him. This world needed some laughter and humor instilled back into it so he created a website that gave the user some entertainment. Something to smile about.

Today, his printed products serve thousands of customers nationwide on high quality print services for mainly business cards, postcard marketing, club flyer, poster and brochure printing. The company employs over 150 well respected individuals who, like Mr. Kangadis, believe in excellent customer service and satisfaction.

The goal was set out to serve the nation. As a result, BlockbusterPrint.com© was born.
